A pioneer in Duty Free industry in the African continent, Mahendra embodies Flemingo brand. A founding member of Flemingo in the region, Mahendra joined Flemingo Enterprises FZCO board since inception.

With a flair for venturing into new foray, business strategy, brand relationship and seamless project execution, Mahendra led Flemingo as an acclaimed player in Travel Retail domain. His contribution in this industry for last 25 years is well recognised by numerous Government authorities, dignitaries and globally renowned brand owners alike.

Started from a humble beginning, with his vision, strategy and never say die attitude, Mahendra moved up in the corporate ladders quickly and currently heading the Organisation as Chief Executive Officer.

Siddharth Hans

Experienced In all aspects of business formation, operation, finance, and management. Visionary business developer with deep knowledge in GCC region. Effective communicator and motivator who identifies and leverages assets in team members to reach organizational goals, and full personal potential.

Siddharth started the journey of entrepreneurship in the early stages of his life, which lead him to adopt different ways and strategies to succeed throughout carving his way to becoming one of the most prestigious entrepreneurs in the region. Having many companies, shares, investments, and real estate under his portfolio. As well as adapting his style and techniques to match the new technologies and business strategies to continue that success, and to elevate his investments and companies to match the current market conditions.

Siddharth started his journey in early 2000, by founding and managing Hyperion in Dubai-UAE. Started from scratch till becoming one of the region’s market leaders in trading, distribution, and manufacturing in this day. As well as becoming a reliable supplier and contractor for many government institutions within the Middle East region.

Hyperion became a reliable partner under Siddharth’s leadership in the Middle East, Europe, and the far east.

One of the most recent accomplishments is joining Flemingo Enterprises FZCO board in 2021, with a vision to transform the organization to become the most preferred retail and duty-free shops in the Middle East, and Africa.

He has led to strengthening the business fundamentals and opening up new business opportunities for expansions, and exploring new markets.
